I’m Charlotte, a UX researcher. My background as a Psychiatry doctor has shaped my human-centered, evidence-based approach.
Hello there!
As a doctor, I wanted to create systemic change on a scalable level, which ultimately led to my pivot to user research. Similarly, I adopt a growth mindset to all that that I do — be it learning new quantitative / qualitative research methods or being a better dog pawrent to my silly pup, Bunsen the Berner(doodle)!
I enjoy learning about people, processes, and problem spaces. Having lived in Singapore, London, Scotland, Seattle, and Atlanta, I’ve developed a strong sense of curiosity and broad mindset in my research approach. Others have also described me as energetic, empathetic, thoughtful, and an active listener and communicator.
Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, running, reading, and listening to indie rock/pop/folk music (Sufjan Stevens is my favorite). Thanks for stopping by, feel free to reach out to me below!
