How might we improve accessibility within a B2B SaaS end-to-end analytics and data platform?

The Challenge

Overview

Microsoft Fabric is an all-in-one enterprise solution comprising data movement, processing, ingestion, and analytics. Digital accessibility is important to ensure navigability and usability for users with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disability. For this ongoing client project, I led foundational research efforts to understand current accessibility practices and challenges, and identify areas for improvement within Microsoft Fabric.
